All cancellations or amendments must be made by 3pm, one day prior to the arrival date. Room rate of the first night plus service charge and tourism tax will be charged for no show or late cancellation.

A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children aged 12 or below or 5 adults (with an extra charge for the 5th guest) are allowed to check in the Broadway Hotel 2- Bedroom Executive Suite with free access to Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy Macau.
A maximum of 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or below or 3 adults (with an extra charge for the 3rd guest) are allowed to check in the Broadway Hotel Broadway Suite and Presidential Suite.
