All cancellations or amendments must be made by 3pm, one day prior to the arrival date. Room rate of the first night plus service charge and tourism tax will be charged for no show or late cancellation.

The maximum number of registered persons in any room at Andaz Macau is 3 adults (with extra supplement charge) or 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or below.
Access to Grand Resort Deck is limited to maximum 3 adults (with extra supplement charge) or 2 adults and 2 children per room. Any patrons exceeded maximum occupants per room needs to purchase the Grand Resort Deck Day Pass in order to enjoy the Grand Resort Deck access.
The third occupying guest (13 years old or above) is subject to a surcharge of MOP/HKD388 per person per night at Andaz Macau; and surcharges are subject to a 10% service charge and a 5% tourism tax (without any offer benefits).
